About the Founder

Matthew Tripp, a student of God, has been immersed in business since 2020. He enjoys the outdoors, working out, cold plunges, traveling, spending time with family and on the nights where he’s feeling musical.. plays the piano.

It wasn’t until about eight months into running my company that I saw just how many people were impacted by watching me pursue my goals and build the future I envisioned. The first sign was when people in my community began reaching out—asking for guidance, sharing their struggles, or simply wanting to talk. That lit a spark in me.

Since being in the GAME I've had many different businesses.. from lawn mowing -> sneaker reselling -> e-commerce. Now I run a content & ads agency partnering with companies as the Backsplash to their brand scaling through the new era of content and ads. We also have a division for artists "Tattoo Launch" where we provide weekly consulting & content/ads management.

Because when we become the kind of people who can truly help others—through experience, integrity, and love—success stops being just a goal. It becomes our mission.

To end if off I'd like to say that while it's easy to write this, it was NOT easy to get here.. I've gone through A LOT of struggles, failures, set backs; however, I give gratitude to my very first client in agency for believing in me. Since then I've been able to serve and help so many incredible people and I'm just getting started. I encourage you to go out there and make the impact you were called to make, cause life's to short to settle for mediocre.. Just think, "a journey a thousand miles begins with a single step."
